Joanne Pearce
Joanne is an experienced Aesthetician, who has dedicated over 20 years to the Aesthetic Industry. She is a Holistic Aura Counselor, Reiki Practitioner, Reconnective Healing Practitioner, and is trained in Vita Flex/Raindrop Therapy.
For many years, Joanne has been a keynote speaker at aesthetic trade shows across Canada. She is a well known and sought after speaker and she has been invited to speak at several Aesthetic Schools. The IEWS is delighted to welcome Joanne in teaching our aromatic aesthetic program and Raindrop co-facilitator.

Michelle LeRoy
Youth & Family Life Coach, Feelings Instructor, PLATINUM LEADER Young Living. s member since 2009.
Michelle became a Kid’s Coaching Connection Holistic Youth Life Coach, with an ACC Accreditation through the International Coach Federation in 2010. She is the first and only facilitator in Canada trained by the Program's Founder.
She has been trained in various holistic techniques such as Raindrop Technique, Vita Flex Technique, Neuro Auricular Technique, Emotional Release and Essential Oils, Ancient Oils of Scriptures and much much more.

Floyd Brown
Floyd Brown earned an Honors Diploma in Medical X-Ray Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and was a Medical X-Ray Technologist for the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists of over 10 years.
A certified instructor for the Photo Comparative Blood Analysis of Canada. He owns and operates Joy in Health and Nutrition in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, using Young Living products with his clients. Worked with Young Living Essential Oils Founder and President, D. Gary Young, in Ecuador conducting research and blood analysis. Mr. Brown has seen first-hand the essential oil benefits with his live blood work.
